Good Questions

Most clients describe injectables as a quick pinch and laser as a warm snap — brief and very tolerable. We use topical numbing, cooling, and vibration comfort devices as standard, and we never rush. If you're nervous, tell us; we'll pace the appointment around you.
It varies by treatment and by person. Botox and Dysport typically soften lines for 3–4 months; most dermal fillers last 6–18 months; laser hair removal is long-lasting after a full series; and facial treatments build cumulative results with consistency. We'll give you honest, treatment-specific timelines at your consultation.
Many of our treatments are true lunch-break appointments — injectables and most facials let you return to your day immediately, with perhaps minor redness or pinpoint marks. Deeper resurfacing and peels may involve a few days of social downtime, which we'll map out with you in advance so nothing surprises you.
Only licensed medical providers and licensed aestheticians — every one trained in-house and overseen by Dr. Elena Marsh, MD, our Medical Director. Injectables are performed exclusively by our medical team, and every treatment plan is physician-reviewed before your first appointment.
